Just want to get away

So, what reservation site do you use? I've checked out a lot of them, and most are OK. They all come up with about the same prices, but some are easier to navigate than others. I just found this one for Hotel Reservations that seems a bit easier to use than others. First off, it was super fast. I didn't sit around and wait while it searched for what I was looking for. Another thing I like is that there is a box on the side for search criteria, so if you want to change dates or number of guests, it's right there without having to go back and forth. It's also nice that there is an 800 number right there in case you have questions.

C mentioned wanting to go to Williamsburg, so I tried that. The site gave a whole range of different prices for different quality hotel/motels. Nice feature. When going with the kids, I'm sure looking for a different type of room than if I'm just going away with hubby!

There's also a section to look up complete vacation packages. Ok. The vacation package took a little longer to search, but not that long. Again, they gave a range of prices based on tourist level through more "luxury" level. Heck, for London, give me tourist - I won't be spending much time in the room anyway! (and anyone who knows me, or has read this blog, knows that I'm totally obsessed with going back to London and France "someday"). Nice feature - there's a map link right on the pages, so if you know where you want to be in the city (say, what tube station), it's right there.

I'd say their prices are no worse than any other service, but the ease of use of their site seems better. This one is getting bookmarked for the next time I can afford to go somewhere! (sniff, sniff, waaahhh. Not soon enough!)
